Keeping it simple

Wouldn’t it be nice if you had a “simple button” you could press to instantly simplify your life? It may be easier than you think. Most of us do something that can easily act like a ‘simple’ button. And that is BREATHE. Proper breathing can reduce stress and anxiety. It can lower blood pressure, and lessen a stress headache.

Next time, take several cleansing breathes … simplify your space. It works for me most of the time. Or, just taking a bit of time for myself.

Of course, this is no substitution for serious conditions and is not intended as a substitute for medical advice. But, it’s a good place to start!
